Be sure to visit A&O Registration inside the Little Theatre in the Municipal Auditorium. There, you will receive your welcome bag and credentials.

A&O Registration will be open on the following dates/times:

  • Wednesday, May 20 3pm-7pm
  • Thursday, May 21, 7am-5pm

If your arrival time will be after 5pm on Thursday, May 21, please contact us.

Meals for Appraisers and officials will be available at the dates/times/locations listed below. You must wear your credentials with red or purple lanyard to access A&O meals.

The A&O Lounge is a quiet space for our volunteers to unwind and socialize! No outside food, please. Teams will not be permitted in this space.
