Parking & Transportation
It’s easy to get around the KC area. Below is info about event parking, a KC parking map, airport shuttle service, and the free KC Streetcar.
Liberty Lot
Free Event Parking
This lot is located at 1550 Liberty Street and will have free parking (1,500+ spots) on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be shuttles provided the entire week from Liberty Lot to the KCCC. We suggest that teams are dropped at Municipal Arena and only the driver should go to the Liberty Lot.
Please board a shuttle at least 30 minutes prior to your desired arrival time. The shuttle will drop in between 12th and 13th Street on Central Street next to the Marriott Downtown. Attendees can enter our secure campus one block south between 13th and 14th Street on Central Street.

Wednesday, May 22 – 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Thursday, May 23 – 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday, May 24 – 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, May 25 – 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Shuttle Service
To & From Airport or Hotel
Below are a few options to shuttle your team between the Kansas City International Airport and lodging accommodations, including all area hotels.

KC Streetcar
It’s Free to Ride!
Running from the River Market on the north end to Union Station and Crown Center on the south end, the KC Streetcar is within walking distance to many hotels, restaurants, and destinations in the downtown area. The streetcar is ADA accessible.

Streetcars run every 10-15 minutes during peak periods, seven days a week. During off-peak hours, streetcars run every 12 to 18 minutes.

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – Midnight
Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – Midnight
